Your Dragtastic Weekend Update!!

Every couple of months we have a weekend of events that can only be categorized as...DRAGTASTIC!  Hold onto you wigs my little drag hags because this is one of those weekends...AND IT STARTS TONIGHT! So put on those sensible heels and get ready to have your fill of sequins and fake boobs!
Here's the run down of this weekends fabulous events! 

WEDNESDAY:

Mimi Imfurst presents The Dollhouse Review

"You Bettah Work!"

Mimi and the girls are back after an amazing week with Sharon Needles to present a show about female empowerment!  Filled with production numbers and fierce costumes, this show is one of biggest in the city!  Show starts at 11:30 Voyeur Nightclub

POP'D presents MADONNAMANIA

Rocco hosts a fierce dance party at TABU each week featuring Satine Harlow!  This weeks show celebrates the Queen of Pop's new album and features performances by Brittany Lynn and Stephanie Chic!  NO COVER my little drag hags!

THURSDAY March 29th:

Head on over to the longest running drag show in Philadelphia...BOB AND BARBARA'S!!  Hosted by the legendary Lisa Lisa!  This show is a menagerie of people coming together for the love of PBR and Drag queens!!  It's a show you must experience in your life!! B&B 11:15pm

FRIDAY March 30th:

Sandy Beach is back at Venture Inn with an all new show centered around all your favorite animated movies!!  A NIGHT OF TOONS featuring Ms Venture Inn Bridgette Jones, Eva Summers and more this show will also crown Venture Inn's contestant for Mr Gay 2012!  Hot Drag and Hot Boys...How can you go wrong?!

VI 11pm

"STAIND SHEETS" is an event being held at PYT at the Piazza by Xvier B and K.Rex featuring a performance by Porcelain!  I do not know much about the event but you know if Porcelain is there is will be a bloody amazing time!

SATURDAY March 31st:

DRAGAPALOOZA!  The much anticipated show is BACK!  This time the girls bring you a slice of Hollywood!!  Filled with huge productions number from movies like West Side Story, Grease and First Wives Club this show will blow you away!! The cast of 20+ drag queens, singers, and dancers was fully choreographed by Diana Dharling.  Hosted by Brittany Lynn, this show is slated to be one of the best shows of the season!  Preshow tickets are on sale now! (click the banner on the right side of this site)  TIP: It will save you money if you buy tickets BEFORE the night of the show! Voyeur Nightclub 8pm

SUNDAY April 1st:

Brittany Lynn and her Drag Mafia are back for their monthly show at Tavern on Camac...SHOW US YOUR TUNES!!  The show centered around Broadway show tunes features Diana Dharling, Crystal Electra and the vocal stylings of Tom Sirkot!  This show only comes around the first Sunday of each month so be sure not to miss it!!

TOC 10pm

You can also see Brit and her fierce and funny tongue slashing you with the mic at Trestle Inn's "Drag Your Ass Out Of Bed Brunch!"  Open up a nice chunk of time because you will end up sitting for hours!  Filled with musical performances, trivia and all around good laughs this brunch drag show is everything!  So bring a table full of your friends because the trivia round gets pretty competitive and you could win some free shots!!  Trestle Inn 11am-4pm

Last but certainly not least, end your weekend with SINFUL SUNDAYS with The Goddess Isis and her sisters in sin Navaya Shay, Porcelain and Omyra Lynn!!  This packed drag show always delivers a good time!  Featuring group performances and fierce solo numbers, this show is like sitting around with all your friends watching a show!!  TABU 11:00pm!!
