LiCKity Six...LiCK Turns 6!!!!

Happy Birthday to you Lick!!!  The dynamic Drag and Burlesque troupe known as Lick (Liberty City Kings) has a lot to celebrate THIS Saturday November 3rd....it's their 6 year anniversary!!  LiCK consists of drag kings, drag queens, and sexy burlesque dancers who all perform for your raunchy delights!!

"What started off with a couple of queers, a scary politician and the desire to produce fun, sexy and fabulous performance art that blend, bend and blur gender lines has turned into a multi-award winning and seasoned troupe of 12-15 performers, a full support staff (film/photo/merch/stage) and 8 (and counting) regular shows a year as well as dozens of additional appearances and performances yearly as Philly's only Queer drag & burlesque performance troupe."


Most recently the LiCK crew won Best Theatre Troupe at the PGN Awards and let me tell you it was a well deserved win!!  I have been to several LiCK shows and they NEVER disappoint!  Part of the reason these girls, boys, and everything in betweens have such a big following is because of the love and passion every performer has in entertaining their audience!  So if you are looking for something new to do this weekend head on over to TABU (doors open at 8 show starts at 9).  Believe me LiCK will change what you think you know about drag shows!!
