SATINE - "I'm A Headliner!!!"

Satine Harlow seems to be on an upswing lately!  After the her very public feud with Misty Maven during Eyelash Gate, it seemed like maybe her drag career was ova!  But you can never keep a slutty queen down, at least not for more than an hour or two, before she is up making the rounds again!!  After making a triumphant return to the Dollhouse, it seems, her dog days are over (Que Cherry Pop dancing in hippy garb)!

During her ban from the Dollhouse Miss Satine was asked to perform a number or two at PoP'd, a free dance night at TABU Wednesdays hosted and created by the oh so handsome Rocco and the hot new Berliner DJ William MacDonald.  The show got off to a slow start (Wednesday's can be a hard night to draw a crowd in the gayborhood with the Dollhouse already having an established audience and of course the Chicken Night that has been a beast at Woody's for years!).  Meanwhile over at the Dollhouse the feud between Misty and Satine was coming to an end and Satine was asked to return to the stage (see story in a past post).  Satine was pulling double duty, she would perform at PoP'd then scurry over to Voyeur to perform at the Dollhouse.  As of about a week ago it was released that Rocco and TABU had mutually decided to end PoP'd.  Woody's had a different idea...They would pick up the show and put it into their empty spot on Monday nights in the Suite but now Satine would be listed as CO-HOST!  So see, she is a headliner...or at least a co-host!
POP'D Returns THIS Monday Night in the Suite at Woodys!  Satine enlisted the help of her Dollstar sisters for the opening night so be on the look out for a performance by all the Dollstars!



RUMOR ALERT: A little birdie told me that the elusive celebutant Zoe LaBianca will be making her drag PERFORMANCE debut the following Monday!!





Be careful Satine, all this celebrity has its down side!  Case in point...Last night at Lisa Lisa's show at Bob and Barbara's, newer queen Rayanna came out and performed to the song "Please Don't Leave Me" by Pink.  One of her handlers put on stage a prop that was filled with printed out pictures of Satine's face!!  Rayana proceeded to hit the prop with an ax and dove at it like a wounded lover!!  People in the audience were left with the same impression...WTF was that?  Multiple audience members approached me about it, as if I knew the story.  "Were they dating?" was asked by one.  But alas, I too, was completely throw off!  There must be a story there somewhere and I will try to get to the bottom of it!  Satine, I would sleep with one eye lash open!!!
