Ladies & Gentlemen I present The Ladies & Gentleman of Qream!

&Well I attended my first show at The Barbary called Qream!   And Dorothy I was not in the gayborhood anymore!!  This is total hipster drag.  It is NOT your typical drag show in the slightest!  It an all around hot mess of a show but tons of fun!!  The performances consist of drag queens lipsynching, drag queens singing live, drag kings strumming blow up guitars and drag queens spraying the audience with beer and champagne!!  It is very Iggy Pop meets Mick Jagger meets Hedwig and the Angry Inch!!  There was also a performance of Ang and the Damn Band who were amazing to watch!  Especially their hot bass player!  Definitely check them out when you can!  I do wish however more of the queens got to perform before they went on.  I unfortunately did not get to see everyone perform.  It is high energy and the crowd there loved every minute!  So if you are in the fishtown neighborhood and secretly love drag but don't want to travel into the city to see a show THIS is the show for you!!  The most impressive part of this rag tag group of androgynous performers is they all love what they do and have a ton of fun doing it!  Here are the pictures to prove it!
