Runited and it Feels So Good!

ICandy has this way of bringing people together.  Like this past Thursday, held up in a secret location Anne Frank style, Brittany Lynn made a surprise guest appearance at the Candy Shoppe!!  Yes my little drag hags, that was the surprise Brittany performance I mentioned earlier this week!  She was there to surprise the Philadelphia Legend Brenda LaMour!  They recreated there famous Whitney VS. Dolly "I Will Always Love You" battle royale!!  Now this may date me but I remember seeing this number years ago and it was just as FABULOUS this time around!  It was so great to see them back together again!!  I always loved the snipets of the "Harlem Nights" fight scenes in the middle!  "You shot my pinky toe!"

Coming Thursday it has been released that the one and only Diana Dharling will reunite with soul sister Brenda Dharling for a special performance not to be missed!  I always love when the two of them perform together.  Whether it is "Chicago" or "Wicked" they always kill it!  But I do hope they have something new up their broadway sleeve!  Now, while they have performed together in Fire Island this summer, they have not been seen on the stage together in Philly since Dragapolooza!  That Diana is one smart cookie!  She has been away for awhile, staying out of the limelight waiting for the storms to pass, and right before her big come back performance at the Gayborhood Games on September 17th she throws in a preview performance at ICandy!!  Will it be all that we have been waiting for??  We will find out Thursday Night!!  I unfortunately will not be there but I am looking for someone to report back!  I am sorry I will be missing Miss Brenda Dharlings high kicks!! Break a heel girls!
