The Fiercest Drag Queen You Have Never Seen Perform!!!

There is this elusive artist lurking in the corners of New Jersey right outside the city.  She has well over 2000 Instagram followers who are awaiting her first performance and gasp at her makeup artistry. She is followed by the likes of Porcelain, Luna Lavey and even Mimi Imfurst posted for people to go follow her!   So why haven't we seen this social media, make up queen perform in the Dragopolis yet??? Because the bitch is only 17!!!  Natasliah, or as many people know her...KILLNATASLIAH, is a gender fuck, gothic, living dead Barbie doll just ready to pounce on our fair city!  And I for one, CANNOT WAIT!!!




So what is a young budding queen to do if she isn't old enough to perform?  Natasliah is taking her climbing social media following to a whole new level!  One part, of a six artist collective, she just launched a You Tube channel called Perfect Androgyny!  Now I know Androgyny is no new concept, but these six gender benders are about to turn it upside down!  Ranging in ages from 17 to 27 and hailing from all around the world (including Australia, The UK and USA) this 6 "queen" collective of artists will be posting videos on You tube, each one of them having a different day of the week to post!  Each week will have a new theme.  For example this week they will be posting about transformations and super heroes!  Since Perfect Androgyny's introduction just a few short days ago they have already received over 500 followers!!  PA created by Joseph Harwood (UK) as a reincarnation of his past channel "5awesometrannys" also features Leigh Dorei (UK), Outbackgoddess (Bruce Johnstone Australia), Rocky Roadkill (CA, USA), Skarlet Starlet (ATL, USA) and Natasliah (NJ, USA).  Joseph Harwood contacted Natasliah via Facebook to be a part of the project. 
I spoke to Natasliah and she told me something I loved to here from a new artist!  Her biggest fear is being compared to other Queens in the city!  She wants everyone to know that even though many have influenced her she is her own artist and can't wait to prove that to everyone!

Sugar Coated Celebrities Set List LEAKED!?!?

Yes my little drag hags I borrowed the car of one of Brittany Lynn's Drag Mafia girls and guess what was in the CD player???  The Sugar Coated Celebrities Show whole set!!!  I got to hear what Beyoncé Songs Omyra Lynn will perform,  What numbers Navaya Shay will be doing as Britney Spears, The P!NK numbers Crystal Electra will be rocking out and what GAGA numbers Mary D Knight will be performing!!!  Kids, let me tell you they are GOOD!!!  Now normally I would be all over leaking the hot gossip about this very under wraps show, but because I fear the Don of all that is drag will come after me, I will THIS TIME keep quiet!...for now!   It is also out of respect for the performers that have been working so hard on the show (how surprising of me)!!  But seriously they are some amazing numbers that YOU WILL NOT WANT TO MISS!!!!!  I will give you this little hint....The performances are not just their normal studio recordings of songs so it will be something completely different and new!.....hhhhmmmm

Also as a little tid bit....I heard a rumor that the Philly singing sensation (and Phillydragopolis.com Photographer) Jonathan Hernandez aka JNathen will be debuting his new single "Love Killer" at the show as well!!

Now normally I am writing about the fabulosity that is Philly Drag Queens but I wanted to take a moment to tell you that THIS SATURDAY night Gorgeous and world renowned transsexual DJ Honey Dijon will be spinning at Voyeur for a party called "HELLO!"  By he side will be the sexy Colette who is a biological woman but still fierce as hell!!  These are 2 of the world's best DJs and they will be in Philly this weekend along with local favorites like Carl Michaels! 
PS I hear Colette sings her songs while she Djs from the booth!  Now that's something you don't see everyday!!

What's In A Name? or How Size Queen Came Back To Life!!!

Well it has been awhile since I had a juicy tid bit of gossip to write about...I mean how many times can I write about Satine fighting with someone in the city!  LOL
Anyway, it seems that after some confusing back and forth conversation over who has the right to use the title "Size Queen" for their show we have a winner!  Party boy extraordinaire and Ratchet party promoter Josh Schonewolf was going to start a cabaret show with the uber talented Cleo Phatra and it seemed it would be most cleverly titled "Size Queen".  Well those of us in the know, know that "Size Queen" was the name of Philly's favorite hometown DJ Carl Michaels very popular party at Bump featuring super sized drinks and host by the fabulously fierce Cyoni Dharling! After much "talks" behind the scenes it appears that "Size Queen" will be returning but to Voyeur Nightclub as a preshow for the Dollhouse Review BUT still starring the songstress Cleo Phatra and cohosted by Drag Wars cycle 2 winner Brooklyn Ford! 

Now those of us who have been craving a cabaret show starring Cleo need not worry...The show must go on!!!  The shows name just changed to "Eat It" and will star Cleo, Brooklyn, & Maria Topcat (Drag Wars cycle 2 runner up) starting June 22nd at TABU.  <----More details to come!!!

And now for some of the amazing performance pictures.  I seriously witnessed some of the best performances of Philly drag this night!!  From the amazing duet of Cleo Phatra and Tammy Faymous (I hope to see more of that) to the high flying Lyra performance that had Porcelain dangling in the air as she performed to the hilarious hostess Maddy Milan, the event was an honor to produce!!  Philly is slowly but surely taking its rightful place on the drag map!!!
